Personal Training Hours / Services / Cost

Hours by appointment only

Monday through Friday 6AM - 7:30PM
(last session starts at 6:30PM)

Saturday 8AM - 2PM
(last session starts at 1PM)

Packages offer a discount on the per session price and must be paid in full for the discount to apply. The larger the package the greater the discount. Packages do not expire and can be used over any length of time


1 hour Personal Training - Individual Sessions

The fastest and best way to achieve and maintain your fitness goals.  My approach to Personal Training is to teach you proper form for a variety of strength training exercises using different equipment for best overall muscle toning so you can go into ANY gym and feel confident in your knowledge of the equipment and exercises. To give you the tools for achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and improved quality of life.

One-on-one training sessions consist of warming-up on cardio equipment for 5 - 10 minutes followed by a full body strength training workout and then assisted passive stretching.  Each session lasts about 1 hour. The individual exercises you perform will vary from session to session but all major muscle groups will be worked. The intensity of exercise will gradually increase with each session.

Private Cardio-Only Training Sessions

I am a Certified Aerobic Instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience. During this Cardio Training Session we will be doing an Aerobic style workout for 45 minutes. The workout will be 'one-on-one' and you can choose from Step Aerobics, Low Impact Dance Aerobics, Circuit Training, Treadmill Challenge.

Combination Cardio / Strength Training Sessions

The Combination Personal Training Session incorporates both Cardiovascular work and Strength Training. We start with 1/2 hour of Aerobic activity which can be either Step Aerobics, Low-impact Aerobics, or Treadmill Challenge. Then we spend an hour doing a full body strength training workout followed by passive assisted stretching.

Duet Session Training

A partner workout is not just about exercising together, it’s about encouraging and pushing each other. Even knowing you have an appointment with a personal trainer you may find it difficult sometimes to get to the gym.  If you have a workout partner - spouses, best friends, co-workers or relatives - you can depend on each other for that extra motivation!  If you are the 'competitive' type you will have friendly competition built in to every workout.
Another advantage to partner training is the added variety of partner exercises. These  exercises use a variety of equipment and will have you interacting and having fun together while accomplishing a fabulous workout.
Partner training can also be more economical than private sessions because the cost is split with another person.
Training sessions will be about one hour and are customized for each individual.  Every session will vary in the exercises utilized and can be scheduled at your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation calls/texts/emails must be received at least 12 hours before your scheduled personal training session in order to avoid being charged for that session. Clients who do not cancel with at least 12 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session.
VTY fitness understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one "free" short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for the first time you cancel with less than a 12 hour notification. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the missed session.
No shows; not attending your scheduled session without notice; will be charged and are not be eligible for the one-time free cancellation policy.
